The admissions secretary will contact you to arrange a meeting with the heads of sector and the admissions officer at the branch you wish to attend, and you will be shown around the premises and receive information on programs and administration. For families living abroad, the interview is arranged by email; bring your child's present school's study plans to the meeting. 2. Administration: An admissions form for each child must be filled and returned to the admissions secretary within two weeks, together with copies of required documents. If these forms are not submitted, the reserved vacancies will be offered to another family. All families must go through the complete admissions process; participating in the admissions process does not grant rights. 3. Evaluation: After the admissions forms are completed and a vacancy is confirmed, the admissions secretary will coordinate a date for an educational psychologist to evaluate the candidate. On the day, provide copies of the following: for K4, K5 and 1st grade, a photocopy of the child's kindergarten report; for 2nd grade onward, photocopies of Spanish and English report cards and copybooks or folders; K2 and K3 do not require an admittance evaluation. After the tests have been analyzed, parents will have an interview with feedback; if the result is satisfactory, the process moves on to fulfill the administrative requirements. The school operates at multiple campuses and each branch has its own admissions contacts.
