You can schedule a remote meeting by telephone or Zoom, or book an in-person visit to tour the school and meet the team. Step 2: Experience a Day in Our Classrooms (Optional). Schedule a Student Observation Day, allowing your child to experience a typical day. Students may join a class for a half-day or a full school day. Step 3: Submit Your Application. Complete and submit the Application Package, which includes the required documentation and a €1,000 non-refundable application fee. There is no formal application deadline, as we welcome students throughout the academic year. However, spaces are limited with a student-teacher ratio of 15:1 in Primary and 20:1 in Middle and Secondary. We recommend submitting your application by early spring of the year prior to entry to avoid being placed on a waitlist. Step 4: Offer of Admission & Confirmation of Enrolment. To secure your child's place, families must submit the signed Enrolment Package and provide a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm enrolment; this deposit guarantees your child's spot at the school. Document List: The following documents must be included with the Application Package for a student's application to be processed: an administrative fee of €1,000; the Application Form; a recent school photo or passport-style photo; two complete years of school records (translated if any records are not in English or French); the School Recommendation Form completed by the previous school and sent directly to the Canadian International School of Paris in a sealed envelope with the school stamp; Medical Information and confirmation of medical insurance; the student's birth certificate; the student's passport; and the parents' passports and immigration status. You may also access the Online Enrolment Form to submit documents electronically.
