RTU ISST follows the Cambridge A and AS Level curriculum, with small class sizes and access to Riga Technical University labs and the scientific community. To apply, submit a short online application form and pay a 50 EUR application fee to SIA RTU Starptautiskā zinātņu un tehnoloģiju skola (bank details provided); keep the payment receipt as proof of payment. The Cambridge CEM assessment is required for entrance. Reserve your exam by submitting the application form, and the admissions team will contact you. Eligibility requires that no grade falls below 6 on a 10-point scale when graduating from 9th grade. Candidates meeting the criteria and passing the tests are invited to an English-language interview. Submit supporting documents: education documents with notarized English translation and guardianship documents with notarized English translation. The entrance test for the study year 2026/2027 took place on March 7, 2026; registration information is available. ISST also participates in SKOLA 2026 (February 19–21) to discuss admissions in person. Tuition and fees involve three payment plans: billed semi-annually, annually, or once per three years. Monthly payment amounts are provided for informational purposes only; ISST does not offer monthly payments. For Grade 10–12, the schedule shows: per month 1121 EUR (three-year billing), 1155 EUR (annual), 1213 EUR (semi-annual); Semi-annual totals 6725 EUR, 6930 EUR, 7278 EUR; Annual totals 13450 EUR, 13860 EUR, 14556 EUR; Three-year totals 40350 EUR, 41580 EUR, 43668 EUR. Tuition covers the Cambridge International Advanced program, after-school activities, textbooks and teaching materials, English-language-learner support, guidance/counselling and college/career counselling (1 hour per week), local field trips without overnight stays, and memorial/yearbook/photo fees. Tuition does not cover the one-time application fee (50 EUR), the one-time admission fee (500 EUR), yearly capital fee (1050 EUR billed yearly or 1000 EUR billed for three years), and Cambridge exam fees. Optional services include boarding, ISST merchandise, and meals/bus service; boarding is listed at 500 EUR per month. Tuition-fee discounts exist for current and prospective students: current students may receive discounts for awards in international Olympiads or for representing RTU ISST externally; discounts depend on payment method: yearly payments yield a 1230 EUR total discount (410 EUR per year), semester payments yield a 3318 EUR total discount (1106 EUR per year), and one-time payments yield no discount; the discount is granted by the RTU ISST Director and approved by the RTU ISST Board. Prospective-student discounts apply for National Olympiad laureates (two or more awarded places), for two or more children with the same guardian, and for children of RTU employees; the same yearly/semester/one-time structure applies.
