King's College Latvia is a British international school within the King's Group and Inspired Education, educating learners from Pre-Nursery to Sixth Form (ages 2–18). The curriculum spans Early Years Foundation Stage, the British curriculum, Cambridge IGCSE, and the IB Diploma Programme for ages 16–18, reflecting a full all-through pathway. The school opened in 2017 and became an IB World School in 2022, joining Inspired Education Group in 2019. Set on a 20,000 sq m campus in Pinki, the campus features two indoor swimming pools, a 25-metre pool, a dance studio, a weights room, and exclusive access to a private forest. Academic facilities include two science laboratories, two libraries, an IB learning centre, and ICT suites, complemented by EAL spaces, wellbeing rooms, dining, and well-equipped outdoor play areas. Over 40 extracurriculars span academics, arts, sports, technology and service, plus house-based leadership and global travel experiences. It fosters curious, globally minded learners.

Door-to-Door Bus Service: two routes to and from the school (Riga City and Jurmala areas); both operate in the morning and at the end of the school day; an additional Riga route serves after-school activities. Buses are equipped with WhatsApp location tracking and a bus monitor; all buses have seatbelts and dashboard cameras.

King's College The British School of Latvia teaches British Curriculum, EYFS (Early years foundation stage), Cambridge IGCSE, IB (DP) for students aged 2 to 18.
The school teaches the British international curriculum from Early Years to IGCSE and offers the IB Diploma Programme for ages 16 to 18.

The school provides bespoke university and career counselling from Year 10. 90% of Inspired graduates are accepted into their first-choice universities worldwide, with a third securing places at Ivy League or Russell Group institutions.
The school has a counsellor available to all students and a safeguarding system to support welfare and safety. The ethos is that all adults are responsible for wellbeing, creating a warm and caring environment with strong staff–student relationships; students feel safe and supported. All staff undergo annual safeguarding training; the safeguarding team includes a designated safeguarding lead and deputy safeguarding leads; concerns are recorded and acted on using the My Concern system.
SEND provision exists and there are plans to develop it further to meet the needs of all students requiring additional support.
There is currently no formal English Additional Language (EAL) program for students entering with little or no English. English is the language of instruction across the school, with Latvian Language and Literature A and English B offered to meet the needs of local and international students; in the early years many children join with limited English and a language-rich approach is used to support development.
A school counsellor is available to all students. The school places a high priority on welfare and safety, with a warm and caring ethos and strong relationships between staff and students.
All staff undergo annual safeguarding training. The safeguarding team includes a designated safeguarding lead (DSL) and deputy safeguarding leads; outside providers have police checks and safeguarding training; the school uses Inspired's My Concern to record concerns; safeguarding policies are regularly reviewed.
King's College Latvia accepts new students throughout the academic year, subject to space. The process is: make an enquiry or complete the application form; visit the campus (online interviews available if an in-person visit is not possible); admission test and interview (Key Stage 2 and above take a Cognitive Ability Test, CAT4, followed by an interview); receive a formal offer if there is space; upon acceptance, pay the enrolment fee to secure the place. Entry requirements by stage include: Early Years (ages 2–5) require no prior English knowledge; Pre-Nursery (ages 2–3) must be 2 by August 31 and visit with parents; Foundation Stage (ages 3–5) requires Nursery/Reception visits with parents; Primary (ages 5–11) includes English reading/writing assessment for KS1 and tests in Mathematics, Reading, Writing, and Non-Verbal Reasoning for KS2, with past school reports and a CAT4 baseline; EAL support is available if needed (not included in tuition); Secondary (ages 11–18) includes CAT4 for KS3, English proficiency requirements, and possible EAL support; Year 10 entrants take entrance exams in Mathematics, Reading, Writing, and Non-Verbal Reasoning; Year 11 entrants must have completed Year 10 in the British system with matching GCSE/IGCSE boards; IB Diploma (Years 12–13) requires an interview; Year 13 admissions are considered case-by-case. The school publishes a curriculum alignment with the Latvian national system and the USA system. English-language instruction is central, with EAL support available (not included in tuition).
Academic Scholarships in Latvia: Open to high-achieving Latvian students currently in Grades 9 and 10; recipients enter Year 12 to study the IB Diploma Programme; scholarships provide fee reductions up to 100%; applications are open until 27 March 2026; programme is delivered in English with university and careers counselling. Nsouli Scholars: The Nsouli Scholars Programme enables 50 students at Inspired schools to attend on a full scholarship for the duration of their education; scholarships are awarded to individuals of Lebanese origin; the program supports a broad range of academic, sports, arts and enrichment opportunities across Inspired schools.
