Billing schedule and payment terms

- If notice deadlines are not met, the next Trimester's tuition fee is due in full; if parents withdraw after the stated dates, no refund will be given for the following term's tuition and the security deposit may be forfeited.
- Security-deposit refund conditions and timing: the security deposit is refundable only if withdrawal notice requirements are met, all fees and extras are paid, and all invoiced sibling amounts are cleared. When refundable, the deposit will be returned to the bank account used for the original payment within eight weeks after the student's last day. The deposit cannot be offset against tuition. Refunds are processed to the originating bank account.
- If the school requires removal of a student for serious policy violations, no refund of any portion of the total fees for the academic year will be considered.
