Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoice and payment options are set after admission. The school's preferred method for instalments is automatic direct debit from a Euro bank account. The school also accepts a single payment of the full annual amount (due within 30 days of invoice). Proof of payment is not routinely supplied by the school; parents should keep bank records and the annual fees invoice as their proof. Employer payments are accepted as a one-time payment but an additional administrative fee applies to company-pay arrangements. Fees for a child who starts mid-year are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Boarding fees
- There are no boarding facilities; the ISE does not accept students who will not live with their parents or guardians. There are therefore no boarding fees.

Other costs and charges
- Refundable deposit (Secondary only): EUR 500 per child. The deposit is refundable subject to the school's withdrawal/checkout procedures and after all outstanding debts are settled and checklist items (textbooks, library books, locker clearance etc.) are completed.
- The annual school fee is intended to cover base school costs and compulsory school-related costs; these monies contribute towards smaller class sizes, specialist classes, examination costs and compulsory excursions/trips. Additional charges may apply for specialist external support, optional home-language lessons, subject-specific materials, and some after-school activities or external providers. The secondary and primary information notes that specialist support and certain home-language or external services can incur extra cost.
