Introduction

Billing schedule & Payment Terms
- Invoice cadence and key invoice due dates for continuing students:
- Term 1 invoiced 1 June 2026; due by 1 July 2026.
- Term 2 invoiced 2 November 2026; due by 2 December 2026.
- Term 3 invoiced 1 March 2027; due by 1 April 2027.
- Renewal Fee invoiced 1 February 2027; due by 26 February 2027.
- Examination fees invoiced 1 June 2026; due by 1 July 2026.
- Payment schedule for new students: the Application Fee is paid on application; the Enrolment Fee is paid on acceptance; 50% of the first term's tuition that the student will join must be paid with the Enrolment Fee to secure the place. Remaining tuition follows the ongoing student schedule.
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer (parents must include student name/number on transfer), debit/credit card payments accepted in person at the school office (Visa and Mastercard), and educational vouchers (Edenred, Coverflex, Ticket). Cash payments are not accepted.
- Bank details for bank transfers (fees to be received net of bank charges):
- Bank: Millennium BCP. Beneficiary: ISS-OEIRAS. IBAN: PT50 0033 0000 4530 8575 3560 5. BIC/SWIFT: BCOMPTPL.
- Late payment and debt policy: a 5% monthly compounded fine is charged on overdue payments; legal recovery fees may be charged to the debtor. Students with outstanding debts may have limited access to optional services, reports, exam results and renewal may be withheld. No debt may be carried into the next academic year.
- Discounts: sibling discounts are applied as follows — 10% for two siblings, 15% for three siblings, 20% for four or more siblings; 5% school-bus sibling discount on the second and subsequent siblings. A 3% discount is available on annual tuition if the full-year payment is received by 1 July 2026. Discounts are void if fees are not paid according to the payment schedule.

Boarding
- The school operates as a day school (no boarding provision).

Optional services and other recurring fees
- School Bus: €1,200 per student per term; School Bus Tracking App fee €45 per student (annual). Use of bus service requires a one-term commitment and withdrawals before the end of the term do not entitle a refund.
- After-School Activities: charged per term and subject to a one-term commitment; withdrawals before the end of the term do not entitle a refund. Example after-school (Diploma) fee listed: €203 for specific items; optional activities vary in price.
- Inclusion / one-to-one support: charged per session when required; the fee is determined based on the individual support required and confirmed by the Inclusion Team.
- Late pick-up fees: €100 per term per student for staying on campus after 17:30 until 18:00; or €10 per day as a one-time late pick-up fee if not enrolled in the termly late-pick-up option.

Other mandatory and incidental fees
- Uniform Welcome Pack (mandatory): Early Years €185; Primary & Middle Years €270; Diploma €20. Individual uniform unit prices: polo shirt €25; t-shirt €15; hoodie €40; jacket €50; hat €18; house t-shirt €20; PHE equipment package €95. Replacement uniform provided and charged if a student arrives without correct uniform.
- Annual insurance: €28.
- Yearbook: €32 (issued with Term 1 fees).

- Student card replacement: €10 if lost.

Refunds, withdrawal and notice requirements
- Notice of withdrawal: parents/guardians must notify the school in writing (email to admissions) one full term before the student's intended departure. Specific notice deadlines for leaving at the ends of terms are listed in the school terms and conditions.
- Refund policy: the Application Fee, Enrolment Fee and any payments made to the school are non-refundable under any circumstance. If a student does not attend at the beginning of the school year, the Enrolment Fee and Term 1 fees are not refundable. Temporary suspensions or permanent expulsions do not entitle any refund.
