Introduction

Prime School is an international Cambridge Pathway school offering a seamless, bilingual education for ages 3 to 18 across three campuses in Sintra, Estoril, and Lisbon. The curriculum blends Cambridge Primary, Secondary, IGCSE, and A Levels with a Bespoke Curriculum, delivered via two parallel paths: Cambridge in English and a bilingual Portuguese option. Preschool to Primary covers ages 3 to 11, Secondary 11 to 15, and Advanced 15 to 18, with Year 9 students choosing between the Cambridge route or Prime Technical Route 2 or 3, a practical, technical track with options such as sports and hospitality. School holidays (Christmas, Easter, July, August) are not covered; additional invoices apply if a student remains in boarding during holidays.

Billing Schedule & Payment Terms

- Initial fees (Registration, Capital Levy, Insurance) are payable on registration or re-registration and are non-refundable. Failure to settle the first trimester's fees by the due date results in loss of the reserved place; invoiced amounts remain due and payable.
- Annual payment option: pay the full annual tuition by 31 August (before the academic year starts).
- Trimester payment option: invoices are issued on 1 August (covering Sep–Nov), 1 November (covering Dec–Feb), and 1 February (covering Mar–Jun).
- Late admission: if a student starts during a trimester, the fee to reserve the place includes tuition for the full trimester plus Registration Fee and Capital Levy where applicable.
- Late payments: a 10% late fee plus 1% monthly interest applies to payments made after the deadline; students with unsettled accounts may be refused attendance or excluded from grade lists until accounts are regularized.

Refunds & Withdrawal

- Registration fee, Capital Levy, and Insurance are non-refundable once paid.
- Early withdrawal requires written notice to the Admissions Office at least 90 days before withdrawal. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full trimester's fees becoming due and payable.
- If enrolment is withdrawn during the registration process, non-refundable fees (registration and capital levy) will not be reimbursed. Late or incomplete payments do not relieve families of invoiced obligations.

Fee Payment Options

- Accepted payment methods: MB (Entity/Reference), credit card machine at the campus, or bank transfer. Proof of payment should be emailed to financeiro@primeschool.pt.

Notes

- Books for IGCSE and A‑Levels generally cover two years and are subject to return in good condition as part of the book policy.
