Meals, School Supplies and Other recurring extras

- Occasional late/early pick‑up billing by 15‑minute blocks:
- From 07:30–08:00 or 19:00–19:30: EUR 2.50 per 15 minutes.
- From 07:00–07:30 or 19:30–20:00: EUR 5.00 per 15 minutes.

- School uniform: Purchase of the school uniform is compulsory for outings and must be acquired at enrolment. The uniform cost is payable at the time indicated in the contract and is treated as non‑refundable.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition payment frequency options: annual (single payment in September), biannual (two installments: September and February), or monthly in 12 installments (September–August). The chosen option must be observed through the year. The first instalment (September) includes school supplies and the mandatory uniform; those amounts are not refundable and are not divisible.
- Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month with tolerance until the 5th of the month. Payments by bank transfer must be followed by notice to administration identifying the pupil. Monthly payment scheduling with the bank is recommended where parents choose monthly payments.
- The school may require payment of the full annual amount (including July and August instalments) even if a pupil leaves during the school year; last instalments remain payable unless exceptional documented circumstances apply under the school's admission/contract terms.
- Late payment penalties and consequences:
- Penalty of EUR 25.00 for arrears between the 5th and the 30th/31st day of the month.
- If non‑payment persists beyond one month, penalty rises (example specified: EUR 50.00) and the school may suspend optional services (meals, transport, extracurricular activities). Continued default can lead to formal debt recovery and suspension of educational services and non‑renewal of enrollment.

Refunds and adjustments

- Registration fee: non‑refundable once paid.
- School supplies and uniform payments (paid with the first instalment): non‑refundable and not divisible.
- Tuition: the annual tuition is contractually due and is generally not refunded for non‑attendance; the total annual amount (including July and August instalments) remains payable unless specific exceptional cases apply as set out in the school contract and internal regulations.
- Meals and transport: monthly charges for these services are refundable or adjusted pro rata when a pupil is absent for at least five consecutive working days and prior notice is given. Refunds for these services are calculated on a daily pro‑rata basis using 22 working days per month as the divisor.

Other costs and optional services

- Extracurricular activities run October–June and are optional; these are billed monthly when taken.
- Transport (school bus) is charged monthly; the transport fee is optional and billed separately. Refunds for transport follow the same absence rules as meals (pro‑rata for absences of 5+ consecutive working days with prior notice).
- Any special dietary menu, medical or cultural adaptations to meals will incur an additional cost quoted as required.

Fee payment methods

- Accepted payment methods for tuition and monthly billing: bank transfer, cash, cheque, education vouchers or authorized company meal/benefit tickets where applicable. Bank transfers should be accompanied by a payment notice identifying the pupil.
- Registration fee may be paid online by debit or credit card when applying online; applications are processed only after payment of the registration fee.

Boarding / Residential provision

- No boarding or residential provision is offered. The school operates as a day school with official opening hours and after‑school care; normal hours and the daily schedule are published in the school regulations.
