What the tuition covers (selected inclusions)
- Tuition fees include the stated educational programme, support from native English‑speaking educators (international programme), partial excursion programme, onsite catering up to Year 6, free school clubs (where indicated) and learning materials as published.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are invoiced by academic period (term). Payment for each academic period is due as 100% prepayment before the first day of the period.
- For 9th and 11th classes the third study period is payable in full regardless of the examination schedule.
- Payments are made in roubles (the Contract sets payment in roubles). For international programme amounts published in euros, the contract converts euro amounts to roubles at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation rate on the day of payment; a floor exchange rate rule is applied where published.
- All bank charges and transfer costs are the responsibility of the payer. Payments may be made in cash at the school's cash desk or by bank transfer to the school's account. Specific bank details and payment instructions are set out in the contract.
Boarding
- The school does not publish or operate a boarding provision; no boarding fees are listed. Transportation, extended‑day care and paid after‑school clubs are offered as additional services and are charged separately.
Other charges and optional fees
- Extended‑day childcare (until 19:00) is an additional paid service.
- Paid extracurricular clubs (creative, educational and sports clubs) are charged separately.
- School bus transport is a paid service with multiple routes; bus fees are charged separately.
- School uniform is sold through the school's uniform service/showroom; uniform costs are additional.
- External examination board fees (where applicable for IGCSE/A‑Level/Edexcel) and any optional private tuition, specialist assessments, school trips beyond those partially included, visas/immigration documentation, and similar third‑party charges are payable in addition to tuition where required (these items are not listed as included in standard tuition).
Refunds, cancellation and notice
- The entry/assessment fee is non‑refundable.
- When a pupil leaves during an academic period at the parents' initiative, the school may retain the fees for that period (the contract allows no refund for the ongoing period). A written notice period (contractual notice) is required prior to the end of the current study period; the standard contractual notice is at least 50 calendar days before the end of the current academic period.
- The school does not provide refunds for absence for illness, for periods when classes are suspended for public health or other force‑majeure reasons, or where the contract specifically excludes refund in those circumstances.
- Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in suspension of services and non‑admission to classes until payment is received; the contract allows unilateral termination for non‑payment.
Fee payment options (methods)
- Payment methods specified in the contract: cash payments at the school cash desk and bank transfers to the school's account. All transfer charges are paid by the payer. The contract specifies the school's bank details for transfers.
