Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is charged and payable for one full school year. Payment must be received by the school's account no later than 1 September of the relevant school year.
- If schooling begins on or before 31 October, the full annual fee is due and must be paid no later than the last working day before the start date. Payment of the reduced amount is due no later than the last working day before the start date.

Suspension or termination does not reduce the obligation to pay the full contribution for the year.

Refunds and contract termination (prorating on withdrawal)
