When a year level reaches capacity, eligible applicants may be placed on a waitlist. The admissions team carefully manages this process and will contact families should a place become available. While placement cannot be guaranteed, XWA maintains regular communication with waitlisted families and strives to make the admissions process as transparent and supportive as possible.
