Introduction

Eleven School is a private Montessori-inspired school delivering a British education, accredited by the British Council. Located in Vigo, it serves children aged 0 to 16 across three educational stages—pre-school, primary and secondary—implemented through dedicated spaces: Nursery 0-1, Nursery 1-2, Casa de ninos for 3-6 and Taller I for 6-9, with open, student-led Montessori classrooms. The curriculum blends Montessori pedagogy with English-language instruction delivered by native teachers, and promotes bicultural learning with mappings between the British and Spanish systems. Arts and crafts are integrated, and music features in the timetable. The campus offers large, versatile classrooms and extensive outdoor zones around a central courtyard to support hands-on, independent learning in mixed-age groups. The timetable includes Early Risers 07:00-09:00, classes 09:00-16:00, after-class 16:00-16:30, and extracurriculars 16:30-18:30. Facilities include craft spaces, dedicated workspaces, and a focus on movement, autonomy and guided exploration. A bus service and healthy local meals complement school life.

Per-term amounts below are calculated by dividing the resulting annual total by 3 (per-term figures are provided for budgeting and are derived from the school's published monthly and 10-month billing basis):

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school's published fees and ancillary charges are structured primarily as monthly amounts that are collected over 10 monthly instalments across the academic year (the fee schedule indicates 10 mensualidades for items such as comedor and the school refers to the quota escolar as 10-month billing). A discount of 3% is available for full-advance payment of the complete school fee (the discount is explicitly applicable to the full 10-month school-fee total).
- Sibling discounts apply to the educational fee only and are not cumulative: two siblings receive 10% for both; three siblings: 40% discount on the third; four siblings: 70% discount on the fourth.
- The school requires a bus-service deposit equal to three months' payments (specifically described as the months of April, May and June of the contracted course) at the time of contracting the bus; that initial payment is treated as a non-refundable deposit. The bus service has separate monthly fees and requires a minimum number of users for a route to run.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not listed among the services or fees in the school's published materials; the school's published timetable and services indicate day-school hours (no boarding program or boarding fees are specified).

Other costs and ancillary fees

- Morning classroom (Aula matinal, 08:00–09:00): EUR 38 per month. A 10‑entry voucher (Bono Matinal) is EUR 24 and valid for three months from first use. A single punctual morning entry with prior notice is EUR 10.
- Transport: School bus for Vigo routes: EUR 150 per month (round trip) or EUR 90 per month (single direction). Minimum route occupancy is required; route availability is confirmed when there are available seats on the route. Three months' upfront payment (April–June) acts as a non-refundable guarantee at the start of bus service contracting.
- Materials and Montessori-specific items: Classroom materials EUR 420 per academic year; an initial / specific Montessori registration fee EUR 295 where it applies; Montessori pedagogy monthly quota EUR 156.

Refunds and non-refundable items

- The bus-service initial three-month payment (described as a deposit for April, May and June) is explicitly non-refundable. No general refund schedule for tuition is published within the school's fee document; specific refund terms beyond the bus deposit are not specified in the published fee schedule. The student-study insurance is optional and its coverage/conditions are set by the insurance policy.

Fee payment options

- The school's published fee document does not specify accepted payment methods (for example, credit card, bank transfer, direct debit) within the tariff document. Payment method arrangements are handled by the school's administration. Contact details for arranging payments are published with the school's general contact information.

Discounts and special notes

- Early full-course payment discount: 3% on the complete school-fee amount (applies to the 10-month quota). Sibling discounts apply only to the educational fee and are not cumulative. Specific public assistance or subsidy programs referenced in the fee document (for 0–3 years) require families to meet official regional requirements and submit documentation to qualify.

Scholarships

Subsidies (scholarships) for private 0-3 centers in Galicia
The Xunta de Galicia operates a subsidy program for private entities that run 0-3 education to promote the gratuity of the educational care for second and subsequent children and to waive the tuition for the places used by those children for the 2021/22 course. The subsidy is intended to universalize access to early childhood education and requires the private center to meet program conditions and reside in Galicia. The total budget allocated to these subsidies is 10,636,364 euros for 2021-2022. Private centers must be registered in the Registro Único de Entidades Prestadoras de Servicios Sociales (RUEPSS) of the Secretaría de Política Social. The program covers: 1) a 100% discount of the price for educational care provided between January 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022, and 2) 100% waiver of the tuition for the spaces used for the course 2021/22 by second children and subsequent children of a family. The subsidy framework also allows subsidies to private entities that did not previously access government aid and proves the gratuity of the 2020/21 tuition and the 100% discount for the educational care since the start of that course. Educational care means activities within the classroom during ordinary hours. Residence in Galicia is required for beneficiaries. For 2021-2022, the allocation and management of these subsidies follow the rules of the program, and the funding can be extended or adjusted subject to availability and budget modifications.
