Billing schedule and payment terms

Late payment and debt recovery

Withdrawal and refund policy
- Notice required: Three months' written notice is required to withdraw a student; if fewer than three months' notice is given, those months will still be invoiced. - Refund on advanced payment: If advanced payment was made and proper notice is given, the school will refund any outstanding months that the student will not attend. If three months' notice was not provided, those months will not be refunded. When a refund is processed, the early‑payment discount is withdrawn and the amount owing will be recalculated at the full monthly tuition rate of EUR 1,540 per month.
