Billing schedule and payment terms

If an invoice is unpaid after 10 days, a formal notice is issued allowing a further 10 days; reminder fees apply (CHF 50 for the first reminder, CHF 100 for the second). Interest is charged at 5% after the second reminder and the school may suspend services or terminate the tuition contract for non‑payment.
- In the event of a pupil leaving during a term, tuition and half‑board for the current term (vacations excluded) remain payable in full.
