Application fees
- Application fee: EUR 75. This fee is non‑refundable and payable when the application form is submitted.
Tuition fees by year group (full year and per‑installment breakdown)
- Early Years (Kindergarten / Years 1–3): EUR 3,000 per year.
- Installment option: EUR 1,000 on 1 August; EUR 1,000 on 1 December; EUR 1,000 on 1 April.
- Primary School (Grades 1–5): EUR 4,800 per year.
- Installment option: EUR 1,600 on 1 August; EUR 1,600 on 1 December; EUR 1,600 on 1 April.
- Secondary School (Grades 6–11): EUR 5,800 per year.
- Installment option: EUR 2,000 on 1 August; EUR 2,000 on 1 December; EUR 1,800 on 1 April.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing schedule: three installments with due dates of 1 August, 1 December and 1 April. Full‑year payment is accepted in advance.
- Late payment penalty: interest charged at 2% compounded monthly on amounts not received by the due date; report cards may be withheld for unpaid accounts.
- New enrolments: students enrolling after a scheduled payment date have a five‑day grace period before late fees apply.
- Re‑enrolment: students are deemed re‑enrolled automatically unless the school is notified in writing by 1 August; late fees apply if timely notification/payment is not made.
Boarding fees
- No boarding fees are listed; no boarding (residential) programme or boarding charges are specified in the published tuition procedures.
Other mandatory or common additional costs
- School uniform: up to EUR 250 depending on items purchased (uniform is not included in tuition).
- Transportation: available in selected areas; cost EUR 1,000 per child (charged separately from tuition) and may be paid in installments.
- Textbooks and digital resources: not included; costs vary by grade and language and will be communicated before the start of the school year.
- External exam fees (AP, PSAT, SAT or other external assessments): not included; charged according to subjects taken and grade level.
- Grade 11 calculator: TI‑84 Plus required; cost up to EUR 300 if purchased through the school or supplier.
- After‑school activities: included in tuition except where specific activities carry additional charges (parents will be advised of any such charges).
Refund information
- The application fee is explicitly non‑refundable. No separate general tuition refund schedule or detailed refund clause is published in the tuition procedures document.
Sibling discounts and concessions
- No tuition discounts are offered for siblings under the published tuition procedures.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Bank transfer is the stated payment method with beneficiary details provided for two banks (OTP Bank Albania and Raiffeisen Bank SHA) in both EUR and ALL IBANs; SWIFT codes are provided for international transfers. A copy of the bank receipt should be forwarded to the school finance contacts.
- Currency: amounts are shown in euros (EUR); the school provides IBANs for EUR and for Albanian lek (ALL) where applicable.
