- Registration payments as described above are payable at registration. For continuing pupils reserving a place, EUR 1,000 must be received by the specified reservation deadline; this is deducted from the registration total when registration is completed. Balance of the annual tuition fees is payable in six equal instalments (September–February) unless an alternative instalment plan is specified for a particular item. Specific optional services (lunch, breakfast, extended day, IB admin fee, athletic fee) have their own instalment schedules (see itemised sections above).
- Late payment or non‑payment may result in withdrawal of scholarships, discounts or the school's refusal to accept enrolment for a subsequent academic year; full outstanding fees remain payable regardless of a pupil's departure mid‑year. Certain listed items (reservation fee, registration fee, tuition fees, Parents/Guardians subscription, GL Assessment, excursions, IB admin fee, lab fees, athletic fee) are explicitly non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Refund / cancellation policy (summary)
- Reservation fees, Registration Fee, Tuition Fees, Parents/Guardians subscription, GL Assessment, Excursions, IB DP School Administration Fee, Lab Fees and Athletic Section Fee are non‑refundable and non‑transferable as they represent a deposit guaranteeing a pupil's attendance for at least one academic year. If a pupil ceases to attend during the academic year, any unpaid balance remains due; fees already paid in full are not refundable. Boarding fees are stated as non‑refundable once enrolled. Damages deposit for boarding is refundable subject to deductions for damage up to the provided deposit amount.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods: debit and credit card, JCC Smart (Cyprus card payment platform), bank (wire) transfer, monthly instalments by debit/credit card, or standing order. For boarding, payments are accepted by bank transfer, debit/credit card or JCC Smart. Bank transfer instructions (account name, account number/IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) are published for transfers; transfer charges are borne by the sender and the pupil's name and year/class should be clearly stated on transfers. Cash payments over EUR 10,000 per family per academic year cannot be accepted in accordance with local anti‑money laundering legislation.
Discounts
- Sibling discount: EUR 500 discount is applied to the tuition fees of each older sibling.
Notes & annual review
- Tuition and other fees are reviewed annually; any possible increment on tuition and the registration fee has a stated cap (as set in the school's published fee notes). Specific cap percentages are stated in the school's fee notes. Instalment schedules, deadlines and some itemised charges are applied per year group and per service as indicated above.
