British Curriculum
PORG International School Ostrava is an international school in Ostrava – Vítkovice offering the English Curriculum to learners aged 3 to 11. The school is accredited as a British School Overseas (BSO) and has United Kingdom affiliation, teaching all subjects in English with a dedicated Czech-language programme to support Czech literacy for local students and those continuing in Czech education. The campus comprises four buildings, a sports field, two playgrounds, two libraries, science and chemistry laboratories, computing labs, a multimedia lab, a sports hall, assembly hall, and Art Gallery, canteen. Computing begins in Year 1, and PORG International School participates in the Raspberry Pi Foundation Code Club International Community, giving children an early IT start. The school emphasizes small classes and pastoral care, with British values at its core. It is the Moravian-Silesian region's only BSO and the first Czech school certified by Korean Ministry of Education for students worldwide.
