- Textbooks are issued only to students who have paid the first-semester tuition payment. Damaged or lost textbooks incur a replacement charge of EUR 50 per book.
Boarding fees

Other costs and fees
- Uniforms: Wearing the ASM uniform is mandatory for grades 1–12; uniforms are available from the school office (price not published). Parents may purchase additional P.E. shirts from the school office.
- Textbook replacement: EUR 50 per lost or damaged book. Books are provided by the school and issued after payment of the first-semester tuition.
- Any incidental or activity-specific fees (for example, paid field trips, extracurricular program charges or exam fees) are not published in the public fee schedule included here; such costs are invoiced separately when applicable.
Refund information
- If a student withdraws permanently during the school year, only upcoming whole quarter tuition payments are refundable. For example, if a student withdraws in the middle of the second quarter, only the 3rd and 4th quarter tuitions are refundable.
Fee payment options and invoicing
- No public, itemised list of accepted payment channels (credit card, bank transfer, Flywire, etc.) is published in the fee schedule provided here.
