Application fees
- No separate non‑refundable application or registration fee is published for Heritage International School — Tyumen Campus.
Annual tuition fees by year group (2026/2027 academic year — amounts shown are annual, in Russian roubles)
- RUB 980,000: Pre‑Nursery — Reception (ages 2–5).
- RUB 1,350,000: Year 1 — Year 2 (ages 5–7).
- RUB 1,460,000: Year 3 — Year 6 (ages 7–11).
- RUB 1,570,000: Year 7 — Year 9 (ages 11–14).
- RUB 1,670,000: Year 10 — Year 11 (ages 14–16).

Per‑term (standard) amounts
- The standard payment plan is three installments; therefore each standard installment equals one‑third of the annual tuition. The per‑installment amounts (RUB) are:
- Pre‑Nursery — Reception: RUB 326,666.67 per installment (RUB 980,000 ÷ 3).
- Year 1 — Year 2: RUB 450,000.00 per installment (RUB 1,350,000 ÷ 3).
- Year 3 — Year 6: RUB 486,666.67 per installment (RUB 1,460,000 ÷ 3).
- Year 7 — Year 9: RUB 523,333.33 per installment (RUB 1,570,000 ÷ 3).
- Year 10 — Year 11: RUB 556,666.67 per installment (RUB 1,670,000 ÷ 3).
- Year 12 — Year 13: RUB 546,666.67 per installment (RUB 1,640,000 ÷ 3).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard billing schedule: payment is made in three installments across the year. A 5% discount applies if the annual fee is paid in one lump sum. Additional discounts may be available for payment of two or more years in advance. Capital (entrance) fees are one‑time and non‑refundable.
- Early‑booking/early‑payment pricing windows are published (e.g., separate price columns with deadlines such as "price until June 30" and "price from September 1").

Capital / entrance fee
- Capital Fee (one‑time, per family) for the Tyumen Campus: RUB 250,000, except it is not charged for Nursery and Reception year groups. The Capital Fee is one‑time and non‑refundable.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- The Tyumen Campus description lists on‑site kitchen, five meals a day and "separate bedrooms" as campus features, but no separate publicised boarding fee or published boarding price schedule is listed in the published fee schedule or contract appendices. Other costs / additional fees
