CBSE Curriculum
International Indian School Buraidah is a CBSE-affiliated campus serving the Indian community in the Qassim region. Established in 1989 under the Embassy of India in Riyadh, it began as a branch of the Embassy of Indian School, Riyadh and now operates separate Boys and Girls sections. It follows the CBSE syllabus with MOE-prescribed subjects. English is the first language, Hindi the second, and Arabic the third, with Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada offered as optional languages. Core subjects include Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Saudi History & Culture, Islamic Studies / Moral Science, Health and Physical Education, Art & Craft and General Knowledge. The 20,350 square metre campus features a palm garden and a football ground with floodlights, along with a library, three science laboratories, upgraded computer laboratories and a main computer lab. The Recreation & Audio Visual Room, a Salah Room and a Medical Care Room complete the facilities. The school participates in Gulf Sahodaya events and CBSE National Sports Meet, enriching student life.
