Executive summary
- No public, itemised fee schedule for the 2026/27 academic year (and none for 2025/26) is published in the school's publicly available materials; exact amounts per application, year group or term are therefore not available for inclusion here.

Application fee
- Not published: there is no publicly available statement of an application or registration fee amount for the 2026/27 or the 2025/26 academic year. For a definitive amount, contact the school's finance office or the secretariat directly.

Tuition fees by school year (per term / per year group)
- Not published: the school does not make available a public breakdown of tuition by year group or by term for 2026/27 (nor for 2025/26 in the publicly accessible materials). No reliable per-term or per-year figures can be provided here.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Not published: there is no public statement of the billing schedule (termly/annual instalments), invoice timing, penalties for late payment, or discount/ sibling policies in the school's publicly available documents for 2026/27 or 2025/26.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- No boarding provision is indicated in the school's public profile or descriptive materials; the school operates as a day school (no boarding fees apply as no boarding service is listed).

Other costs and fees (uniform, meals, insurance, exam fees, transport, extracurriculars)
- Canteen / meals: the school lists a canteen/catering facility as part of school life; however, no published price or annual canteen fee is available.
- Uniform: no published uniform fee or uniform policy with pricing is available.

Fee payment options (credit card / bank transfer / other)
- Not specified publicly: the school's public materials do not list accepted payment methods or banking details for fee payment in the 2026/27 / 2025/26 materials that are publicly available.

Practical contact information to obtain definitive fee figures
- Finance manager (for billing, invoices and payment methods): finance@efc.edu.ge (phone via school switchboard).
- Secretariat (general enquiries and admission administration): secretariat@efc.edu.ge; telephone +995 322 29 47 72.

Brief summary of findings and limitation
- I searched the school's published materials and the AEFE public listing for the École Française du Caucase and found no publicly posted, itemised fee schedule for the 2026/27 academic year or for 2025/26. Because those official figures are not published, specific amounts (application fee, tuition per year group and per term, canteen charges, exam fees, payment methods, refund rules, etc.) cannot be supplied here. The school's administration and finance office are the appropriate contacts to obtain definitive, current fee amounts and the billing/payment terms.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Submit the completed enrollment form with an ID photo. Provide the child's birth certificate and identity document (ID card or passport) and copies of the parents' passports. Provide evidence of mandatory vaccinations (diphtheria, tetanus, polio) or a certificate of medical contraindication. If transferring from another school, include an attendance certificate (EXEAT) and a copy of the grades book for the previous and/or current year.
2. Enrollment is effective upon payment of the enrolment fee. The school fees are paid in three installments at the beginning of each term to the bank account of the French School of the Caucasus. Payments can be made in GEL or Euros, with international transfers available from abroad.
3. For students joining after Grade 1, parents commit to translating all listed documents into Georgian at a notary's office to register their child with the Ministry of Education; this step is compulsory and is not included in the enrolment/school fees. From Grade 2 (CE1) onwards, for students who have not previously attended a French school or who are not French nationals, a French language test is required. The language test helps assess the student's level in order to tailor their educational support and promote success within the School.
4. Please contact the administration to obtain more information concerning admission and to book a visit of the facilities. The administration team is available to guide you through the enrollment process.
