The well-being of learners is central to developing the whole person—intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Personal, Social, and Physical Education are the three pillars of Identity, Active Learning, and Interaction that shape students' well-being. Students understand that their behavior and attitudes can influence others and the environment, and they are responsible for their actions. A Holistic Program provides engaging, flexible learning experiences, including a daily 60‑minute block for Grades 2–10 that supports exploration across sports, visual arts, dance, linguistics, nature, and Islamic studies. The Quran's values are taught through discussion, understanding, and action. Social and emotional development is supported through PYP service as action, MYP service as action, and CP service learning to connect students with communities.
English language proficiency tests are part of the admission process; regardless of background, candidates must take English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency tests in reading, writing, and speaking to thrive in the language program and the curriculum. The IB Learner Profile for Communicators emphasizes expressing ideas in more than one language, aligning with the school's multilingual environment. Al Jabr is described as a National Plus bilingual school with international facilities. Through the Taman Pendidikan Al Qur'an (TPA), Qur'an study is conducted alongside English and Arabic language learning. English and Arabic languages are integrated into learning experiences across school programs and mosque-based education. The school's bilingual emphasis supports learning languages beyond the local language.
