Social-emotional learning is embedded across Green School Bali's Primary School. It happens everywhere and at all times, including directed classroom lessons, the Teman-Teman friendships programme, and informal moments around the nature-infused campus such as lunch conversations and post-conflict discussions. Students learn to recognise their own emotions, understand how to build relationships, and develop strategies to resolve problems. The programme supports self-awareness, empathy, communication, and conflict resolution as ongoing aspects of daily life. The approach weaves social-emotional development into everyday learning rather than treating it as a standalone subject. This integration helps students develop social and emotional skills alongside their academic learning.

Wellbeing is central to Green School Bali's approach. The living campus and nature-blended spaces create an environment where wellbeing can be nurtured through daily routines and in daily practice. A daily mindful moment, signalled by a campus gong, centers students before continuing with their day. Mindfulness practices support self-awareness, attention, and resilience, and are integrated into school life for learners from Early Years through High School. The campus also offers spaces such as a river-adjacent area and a wall-less yoga studio to support decompression, grounding, and holistic development. Mind, body, and spirit are nourished through these practices as part of the broader learning experience.
