Introduction

Nord Anglia School Jakarta is an international Early Years and Primary school in Indonesia serving ages 1 to 12. Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition fees are calculated on an annual basis but are payable either annually (single payment) or termly (three instalments), and all invoices are issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Tuition fees are payable in advance and payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.
- Plan 1 (annual payment) — Annual payment due date example for 2025–26: 16 June 2025; Term payment dates and term calendar are provided on invoices.
- Where fees remain unpaid after the due date the school may impose a late payment penalty of IDR 500,000; non-payment may result in the school refusing to accept the student.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable to Nord Anglia School Jakarta (the school provides Early Years and Primary education for children aged 1.5 to 12). No boarding fees apply.

Other costs and fees

- Development Fee: a non-refundable, non-prorated Development Fee applies for every enrolled child (development fee amounts are shown above as part of the annual and term figures).
- Miscellaneous charges not included in the Tuition Fee or Development Fee: school uniforms, residential trips and some extra-curricular activities are charged separately.

- Sibling discount: a 10% sibling discount may be offered where three or more children from the same family attend the school; the discount applies only to the youngest sibling's tuition fees.

Refund information

- Prior to the start of Term 1: if a family withdraws after payment of the Annual or Term 1 tuition fee, 60% of the paid tuition fee will be refunded.
- Prior to the start of Term 2 or Term 3 (Plan 2 — termly): if a family withdraws after payment of the upcoming term's tuition fee, 60% of the paid tuition fee will be refunded.
- During the school year (Annual payment — Plan 1): if a family withdraws after payment of the full annual tuition fee, a pro‑rated refund is available up to a maximum of 40% of the Annual Tuition Fee, based on the student's last day of school and conditional on 30 days' written notice.
- During the school year (Termly payments — Plan 2): where tuition fees have been paid according to the termly instalment scheme, there will be no refund for mid‑term or end‑of‑term withdrawals.
- Application and Development Fees are non‑refundable and non‑prorated.

Fee payment options and banking details

- Invoices are issued in IDR. The school provides a virtual account number on each invoice for payment into the beneficiary account (YAYASAN NIS INDONESIA at PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia). The invoice's virtual account reference must be used when making bank/virtual‑account payments.
- Application fee acceptance: the school accepts payment by bank transfer and payment by bank card machine at the school for application fees (card acceptance at school for application payment is available). Tuition and other fees are normally paid via the virtual account shown on the invoice; contact billing for alternate payment arrangements.
