Billing schedule and payment terms

- Late payment penalties: a levy of IDR 250,000 per student is applied every week for up to one month for overdue quarterly tuition; continued non-payment may result in the student being asked to remain at home until payment is received.

Discounts and special payment options

- A 5% discount on tuition fees only is offered for an upfront full-year payment, when paid by the date indicated on invoices for upfront payment. This upfront-payment discount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- A 15% tuition-only discount may be available for students where both parents hold Indonesian passports (application required and subject to availability).

Other costs and additional charges

- Uniforms: students are required to wear uniforms and uniforms can be purchased at the school office; replacement items provided by the school if a student arrives without uniform will be invoiced to parents. Prices for uniform items are handled at the school office.

Refund and cancellation rules

- Initial 20-school-day Settling-In period: if permanent enrolment does not follow the settling-in period, fees already paid will be refunded minus the standard 20-day drop-in charge and the registration fee; the retained amount cannot be prorated.
- After the Settling-In period ends, Registration, Enrolment, Facilities & Resources, Tuition and Curriculum Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Pre-payment to secure places for the following academic year is non-refundable. Failure to submit written notification of withdrawal by the published notification dates may result in forfeiture of the refundable security deposit and continued obligation to pay fees due.

Fee payment methods

- Payments are to be made by bank transfer or direct deposit to the school account as detailed on invoices. Invoices will be issued prior to each payment due date. Credit-card payment is not listed as a standard payment method.

Notes on invoicing and required up-front items

- The Registration Fee, one-time Enrolment Fee, Refundable Security Deposit (where required) and the first quarter's tuition are payable in full on acceptance/entry. Annual Facilities and Curriculum Fees are due on acceptance or as detailed on the invoice schedule.

1. Applications are accepted year-round. Availability of class places depends on current class sizes and individual student needs. Pelangi School is divided into Early Years, Primary and Middle School levels, with class groupings defined and a minimum age cut-off date of 1st July, in line with Indonesian Education Department requirements. 2. Class levels are defined by age. Early years include Tiny Tots 2-3; Playgroup 3-4; TK A (Junior Kindergarten) 4-5; TK B (Senior Kindergarten) 5-6. Primary school includes Class 1 6-7 through Class 6 11-12. Middle school includes Class 7 12-13 and Class 8 13-14. 3.
