- DPP and SPP are treated as non‑refundable and non‑transferable in normal circumstances.

- SPP is normally charged on an annual basis and the school offers common options for paying SPP by instalments (for example, two equal semester payments or bank instalment plans through partner banks). Students joining after the school year starts may have SPP prorated based on the number of full terms remaining. Specific instalment options and due dates are provided with the acceptance letter and may vary by campus.

- Promotional or early‑payment discounts and the timing required to retain a promotional offer (for example, a requirement to make DPP payment within a set number of working days after the acceptance letter) are applied according to the school's enrolment instructions; families should follow the payment deadlines stated in the acceptance letter to secure such offers.

Boarding (dormitory) fees and availability

- Lippo Village does not operate a boarding/dormitory program. Boarding (Pelita Harapan House/PHH) is available at the Sentul City campus only. For Sentul City, the full‑week boarding program for Grades 7–12 is shown as IDR 60,000,000 per year (published for the campus dorm offering).

Other costs and fees

- The SPP excludes certain items which are charged separately, such as uniforms, stationery and exercise books, school meals, instrument rental (where applicable), optional trips and special events, After‑School Program (ASP) classes, and certain optional Discovery Academy programs. Textbooks for use during the school year, retreats, mission/service trips and some core activity fees are typically included in SPP.

- Optional courses, extracurricular program enrolment, certain field trips, and Discovery Academy programs may require additional fees charged separately.

Refund information

- Application fees are non‑refundable. DPP (development fee) and SPP (tuition) payments are normally non‑refundable and non‑transferable; specific exceptions (if any) are governed by the school's enrollment and finance policies communicated at the time of acceptance.

Fee payment options and practical notes

- Payments are normally made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Bank transfer is the standard payment channel and all bank transfer charges are to be borne by the payer. Partner bank instalment plans (credit card or bank installment schemes) are commonly offered through the school's banking partners; availability and terms (0% instalment options, card‑holder restrictions, processing fees) depend on the bank partner and campus arrangements. Proof of payment instructions and bank account details are provided by the school with the acceptance documentation.

- Where credit‑card or instalment plans are available, any associated processing or handling fees are applied according to the bank or payment provider's terms and are typically the responsibility of the payer.
