For boarding there are analogous deadlines (examples given in the boarding schedule, including that withdrawal before 31 Oct means T1+T2 are due; withdrawal after 31 Oct means the full year is due). Refunds are made by bank transfer to the party that paid the fees unless that payer authorises a third‑party account in writing. In cases of expulsion or forced departure the current trimester and the following trimester remain payable as per the terms.
