Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
- Tuition is invoiced in three instalments (one per term). Term dates used for billing: Term 1 due one week before the academic year start (for September entrants); Term 2 due first week of December; Term 3 due first week of March. Re‑enrolment fee for the following academic year is due in the first week of January.
- Instalment option: termly payments via post‑dated cheques submitted on registration day (cheques made payable to Al Tamkeen International School L.L.C.). Returned cheques incur a OMR 200 fine.
- Full‑payment option: payment in advance qualifies for a 5% discount on tuition when paid before the Term 1 due date (discount applies only if paid on registration day / before Term 1 due date).
- Non‑payment or late payment can lead to temporary or permanent loss of the student's place; formal warnings and withholding of reports occur if payments are not settled within the term. Students cannot re‑enrol for a new academic year until previous fees are cleared.
Boarding Fees
- Boarding is not listed in the school fee schedule; there are no boarding fees in the published fees document (the school operates as a day school in the published schedule).
Other Costs and Compulsory Service Fees
- Transport (annual, paid in two termly instalments): Short distance — One‑way OMR 300; Two‑way OMR 600. Long distance — One‑way OMR 350; Two‑way OMR 700.
- Meals (Breakfast and Lunch, annual, paid in two termly instalments): OMR 450 per year. Meals are compulsory.
- Uniform sets (items may be purchased individually): KG1–Grade1 OMR 65; Grade2–Grade6 OMR 75; Grade7 OMR 95. Uniforms are compulsory.
- VAT: Tuition fees are VAT‑exempt (0% VAT). A 5% VAT applies to service fees and other chargeable services as specified in the fee schedule.
Discounts and Offers
- Sibling discounts on Term 3 fees: 10% for the first sibling, 15% for the second sibling, and 20% for the third sibling.
- Early full payment discount: 5% discount on tuition for full payment made in advance on registration day (applicable only when paid before the Term 1 payment due date).
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
- Admission fees are not refundable. Tuition and service fees already paid for any term are non‑refundable if the student attends any classes in that term.
- Withdrawal payment schedule (amounts payable depend on withdrawal date):
- Withdrawal from first school day to October 31: pay 1/3 of tuition fees, half the service fee, plus admission fees.
- Withdrawal from November 1 to December 31: pay 1/2 of tuition fees, half the service fee, plus admission fees.
- Withdrawal from January 1 to February 28: pay 2/3 of tuition fees, full service fee, plus admission fees.
- Withdrawal after March 1: pay full tuition and full service fees. Written notice of permanent withdrawal must be given one term in advance; failure to give notice makes the following term's fees payable.
Fee Payment Options and Practical Details
- Accepted payment methods for full payment:
- POS machine at the school (Oman‑issued debit/credit cards accepted; cash is not accepted; American Express is not accepted).
- Bank transfer to the school account (Account Name: Al Tamkeen International School L.L.C.; Account Number: 10650548693001; Bank: National Bank of Oman, Corporate Branch, Al Ghubrah, Muscat; Swift: NBOMOMRXXXX). A copy of the transaction must be sent to accounts@rgsgm.edu.om when paying by bank transfer.

Important Administrative Notes on Fees
- Tuition covers educational books and stationery only; other services incur additional charges. Fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change with prior notice. Approval of student registration in the system is contingent upon completing the required financial documentation or payment. Failure to complete payment or documentation may result in temporary holding of the seat.
