ISP provides over 400 Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) throughout the school year, catering to a wide range of interests from sports and performing arts to academic clubs and community service, allowing students to explore passions beyond the classroom. The campus includes facilities such as a multipurpose hall, astroturf pitch, a rooftop games area, a sports hall, competition standard climbing wall and a 6-lane heated swimming pool. A distinctive feature of ISP is its comprehensive House System, where students are allocated to one of four houses named after endangered Malaysian animals: Gajah, Penyu, Harimau, and Badak.
